For the last 32 years, Wim worked as a project/programme manager and later as a transformation executive in the IT industry. He led multinationals and government institutions through complex, global changes. His successful track record is based on a strong focus on change management (ADKAR), governance (PMI) and business strategy.

Since 2017, Wim has offered his services as an interim manager.

In addition, he is the Belgian record holder in climbing mountains higher than 8000 metres. He already undertook 8 expeditions to 8000ers and reached the summit 5 times. He also undertook expeditions to the North Pole and Antarctica and ran a marathon in the Sahara.

Since 2007, he has been using his experiences as an expedition climber and transformation executive to inspire his audience in keynotes to become agile and resilient.
